Loose lips can keep you afloat!

*Dun dun dun* In these economic times, *dun dun dun* who’s not stressed about job security? And if we’re being honest with each other, who’s not stressed about life in general? As a fairly recent college grad maybe I’m just having a hard time adjusting to life’s growing list of responsibilities (ahem, obstacles), but I have quickly realized I need to prioritize de-stressing if I want to keep my sanity before I hit retirement…or have a work-related breakdown, and I’m way too young for that.

Take these ten tips from Men’s Health (I am an avid reader, and no I’m not a man) to help boost your productivity and keep yourself sane. And while you’re at it, chat up your boss and he’ll be less likely to give you the boot!  

Do we see a trend here? People who are friendly at work are better communicators, and people other people want to be around. So at some point today, while I’m ALL about social networking online, step (or more than that, since exercise is a great stress reducer) back from your desk and physically network!
